Beware! Even when built-in iPhone compass and map apps find a strong GPS signal, Altitute failed in the middle of Joshua Tree Park where there was no cell service. Works OK in the city, (but who cares there?) Also has a bug when refreshing the query- the new number displays in meters while the units continue to say feet if the last measurement happened to have been in feet. Disappointing.

Did not work on my iPhone 4. Application would freeze.

Dont buy - it doesnt work. No matter what I do, the altimeter displays "0" feet

Great idea but isnt accurate....by any means. My actual lat and long are 35.4degreesN and 82 degrees W. App says 41 N and 73 W. Not even close. My actual altitude is approx. 2300 feet.....this app consistantly puts me at 337 feet. WAY OFF. How do I get my money back????

Simple, easy to use, fast and accurate. If you guys can add different themes for example that would be a very nice touch. Thanks

Pretty useless, since it requires a Wi-Fi signal, and the most likely use of it is outdoors and away from any Wi-Fi.
